- Introduction to Biomass (beginner and intermediate level)
This Introduction to Biomass CPD gives an overview of biomass heating systems, including fuel types, biomass boiler types, fuel stores and packaged plant rooms. This is ideal for those new to the biomass industry and wanting to learn about how each element is important to the design process for heating systems. This course will give you a basic understanding of all the elements that are key to the success of a biomass boiler heating system, including different types of biomass boilers, fuel types, fuel stores and all of their potential benefits.
- The Do's and Do Not's of Biomass Plant Room Design (intermediate and complex level)
This gives a thoughtful overview of what a designer should and should not be doing when designing a biomass plant room. Covering critical topics, including buffer tanks, fuel types, boiler sizing, hydraulic circuits and fuel store designs, this is a technical look at recommended approaches to design.
